What is M&A due diligence and integration advisory?

M&A advisory is the work of assessing a target before a deal closes and executing the plan after it does. Strong diligence surfaces the risks and costs that belong in the financial model, so buyers negotiate from evidence. BD Emerson covers cyber due diligence, quality of earnings, carve-out advisory, transition services agreement scoping, and divestiture support inside one engagement, so findings reconcile to a single model instead of four vendors' reports.
