Cyber Resilience Act compliance means meeting Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 for each product with digital elements you place on the EU market. From December 11, 2027, that covers the Annex I security and vulnerability handling requirements, a support period of at least five years in most cases, technical documentation, conformity assessment by the route your product class requires, the EU declaration of conformity, and CE marking. Article 14 reporting of actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents has applied since September 11, 2026, including for products already on the market. The rules apply to manufacturers wherever they are based, and to EU importers and distributors.
