An outsourced Data Protection Officer, named to your regulator, who runs the privacy obligations you are required to have: DSRs, DPIAs, breach clocks, records of processing, and training.
DPO as a service gives you a named, qualified Data Protection Officer without hiring one. Under GDPR Articles 37 to 39, many organizations must appoint a DPO, register that person with the supervisory authority, and give them real independence. Our outsourced data protection officer carries those duties: monitoring compliance, advising on DPIAs, handling data subject requests, and acting as the contact point for regulators and for the people whose data you process.
