BD Emerson leads with engineering. We build data platforms on Palantir Foundry and Databricks, modernize ERP and CRM systems, and take AI from pilot to production under governance that holds up to ISO 42001 and the EU AI Act. Our cybersecurity practice runs offensive security, red teaming, and security program builds. Compliance and audit close the loop: SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, CMMC, and FedRAMP readiness, with SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR audits performed directly through our CPA attest arm. Privacy counsel and M&A advisory round out the firm. BD Emerson is joining Andersen Consulting: Andersen Group Inc. (NYSE: ANDG) announced the acquisition on August 10, 2026, with close expected in Q4 2026.
