Ishan Desai is a Compliance Analyst at BD Emerson working across cybersecurity and GRC. He holds a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Maryland with a concentration in cybersecurity, along with the CompTIA Security+ certification.
Before joining BD Emerson in 2026, Ishan automated Azure deployments across network security, application security, and backup, and built malware analysis and SOC automation labs. At BD Emerson he works on ISO 27001 and SOC 2 programs, building the control evidence and technical enforcement that assessments depend on.
